The Challenge
A Global Church Without Enough Trained Leaders
Across the developing world, the Church is growing faster than its capacity to train leaders to shepherd it. Seminaries are under-resourced. Faculty are scarce. Students who could become the next generation of pastors, teachers, and scholars have nowhere to turn.
Trinity Academic exists to close that gap — not by sending outside experts to run the show, but by equipping the leaders who are already there.

Our Conviction

This model didn’t start in a strategy meeting — it started with direct feedback from communities in Cuba who told us plainly:
“Don’t send us your leaders, help us raise our own.”
That conviction has shaped everything Trinity Academic does since. When a Nigerian pastor trains the next generation of Nigerian pastors, when a Filipino scholar builds a seminary’s academic program for Filipino students — that is transformation that outlasts any single missionary term or grant cycle.
